Developing Professionalism & Ethical Practices


What is professionalism in real estate? Developing Professionalism will cover a basic outline of how to run your real estate business like a business: creating systems including banking & business plans, marketing plans to stay top of mind, maintaining work-life balance plus understanding the behaviors of you and your clients. This course also covers the National Association of Realtors required content regarding ethics & our commitment to clients, the public and our fellow REALTORS. This is one of three 12 hour courses required for license application. This course contains no testing nor is this course required to take the PSI Real Estate Exam. Developing Professionalism and Ethical Practices is designed for the Pre-License Salesperson but can also be used for renewing credit hours for existing agents. Course approval with the Iowa Real Estate Commission. **The course also meets the state requirement for Ethics license renewal. The National Association of REALTORS also requires 2.5 hours of continuing education every three-year cycle for their membership. If you are already member of NAR and would like this course to also count towards your membership renewal, you must have your NAR login in.
