Listing Practices


Working with Sellers is a foundational part of any real estate agent's career. This course will cover where to find Seller clients, creating marketing plans including pricing and market analysis, and negotiating offers with a sample of necessary listing paperwork. This is one of three 12-hour courses required for license application. This course contains no testing nor is this course required to take the PSI Real Estate Exam. Listing Practices is designed for the Pre-License Salesperson but can also be used for renewing credit hours for existing agents. Course approval with the Iowa Real Estate Commission.
