Academy Course Bundles

Academy Course Bundles are provided for simplifying the check out process and offer a student discount.  Once each individual course is completed, completion certificates will be added to your student center.  Students are not required to take all courses included in the bundle but must have full time attendance for the individual courses attended to receive a completion certificate.  Courses may also be purchased individually.

**The Ethics courses meet the state requirement for license renewal. However, the National Association of REALTORS also requires 2.5 hours of continuing education every three-year cycle for their memberhsip. If you are a member of NAR and would like this course to also count towards your membership renewal, you must have your NAR login in.***

36 Clock Hours, or 36 CE Hours is based on the Iowa Real Estate Commission's definition of an hour, which is 50 minutes. By purchasing this product, students agree that all school policies have been reviewed. Zoom Conference information & any necessary course materials will be given once payment is completed. Microphone, camera and full-time attendance required.
