These courses meet the state's requirements for renewal and mandatory electives: 8 Hour Law Update, 4 Hour Ethics & 24 Electives. All courses are approved by the Iowa Real Estate Commission. Academy Course Bundles are for the convenience of check-out band individual courses will be added to the student center once each course is complete. **The Ethics course meets the state requirement for license renewal. However, the National Association of REALTORS also requires 2.5 hours of continuing education every three-year cycle.
