Areas of discussion include but are not limited to: IAR Frequently Asked Questions, E&O insurance, Trust Accounts, Title Issues, Fair Housing and recent law updates. This course meets the mandatory requirement for license renewal and this course has been approved by the Iowa Real Estate Commission. |
