| Description: | This course is designed to help the individual agent define their own ethical standards & values as it relates to the real estate industry. The course will review the day today ethical dilemmas real estate often face in their business on a daily basis, plus review specific case studies on common topics regarding the real estate industry. The goal of this course is to create a safe environment to discuss the code of ethics, its preamble, the pathways to professionalism as per the National Association of Realtors. This Ethics course meets the state requirement for license renewal. However, the National Association of REALTORS also requires 2.5 hours of continuing education every three-year cycle for membership. If you are a member of NAR and would like this course to also count towards your membership renewal, you must have your NAR login in. |
