The course will review the day today ethical dilemmas real estate often face in their business on a daily basis, plus review specific case studies on common topics regarding the real estate industry. The goal of this course is to educate on the code of ethics, its preamble, the pathways to professionalism as per the National Association of Realtors. *This course meets the mandatory requirement for license renewal by the Iowa Real Estate Commission but does not meet the NAR membership renewal requirement.
